We are a local Authorised EcoWater Dealer based in Mazovia. We do not send softeners out in a box by courier — we match the unit to your water parameters and the size of your household, install it with our own team and service it, and installation is included in the unit price. Water in Warsaw is around 13 °dH, which counts as hard, and in some municipalities around the city and in wells it can be harder still. In practice that means limescale in your kettle, dishwasher and taps, heating elements wearing out faster and higher detergent use. There is more in our guide to water hardness in Warsaw and Mazovia.
Installation is included in the unit price, together with pipework adaptation within the standard scope. We connect the softener to the main supply, set the parameters to your measured hardness and hand the unit over ready to work. Any work beyond the standard scope is quoted separately and discussed with you before installation, not after.
