You can also buy EcoWater units in online shops, except that you get a box with the unit, and you arrange the installation and pipework adaptation yourself. MICHLOR is an Authorised EcoWater Dealer and sells the same unit with installation included in the price, together with pipework adaptation within the standard scope — and some adaptation is needed in most homes.
Any work beyond the standard scope is quoted separately and agreed with you before installation.

The company is founded in Józefów near Warsaw as a water treatment specialist for private customers. The first jobs involve selecting and installing softeners.
MICHLOR becomes an Authorised Dealer for EcoWater Systems — the global leader in water softeners, established in 1925. From then on, softener installation is included in the unit price.
We begin working with the accredited GBA Polska laboratory (PCA AB 1467). A complete offer: testing + selection + installation in a single visit.
MICHLOR becomes an authorised distributor of BIOTIK biopreparations. Enzymatic sewage sludge reduction joins the company's range of services.
New services: UV disinfection, chlorination of wells and pipework, Legionella control using thermal and ClO₂ methods. Full Sanepid and fire service documentation.
MICHLOR serves over 235 private and business customers across 4 provinces. The technical team and service fleet are expanded.
I have worked with water since 2009. I started out installing EcoWater softeners in homes; today I lead a team that disinfects water systems in hotels, hospitals and industrial facilities. I know how ion exchange works and how Legionella multiplies. Above all, I know how to solve the problem properly, with documentation that will stand up to a Sanepid inspection.
MICHLOR works across six specialisms: water softening with EcoWater systems, water testing in an accredited laboratory, pipework disinfection and Legionella control, filtration and reverse osmosis, hydrant inspections, and BIOTIK biological preparations for wastewater treatment plants. We run every job from choosing the solution, through installation, to servicing and documentation. No subcontractors picked up at random and no passing the buck.
